At PJW Electrics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Uninstalled

    • In original packaging (including all manuals and accessories)

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@pjwelectrics.com or call 02891815765

  2. Provide your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  3. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.

Processing Fee

  • All returns are subject to a £5 processing fee per item, deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Use a trackable shipping method. PJW Electrics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned in used, installed, or damaged condition may be declined for refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Opened or used electrical components

  • Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Report any issues immediately.

  • Provide order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

  • For defective or incorrect items, we offer prompt replacements or exchanges (subject to availability).

By placing an order with PJW Electrics, you agree to the terms of this return policy. PJW Electrics reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. In all cases, PJW Electrics retains full discretion to determine the eligibility of returns or refunds. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
